About Us
The Department of Physics has, since its inception in 1981, always striven to meet the high standards it has set for itself in enriching the academic and non-academic lives of the students.The Under graduate programme in BScPhysics was started in 1999 with Mathematics and Computer Science as subsidiaries under government aided scheme. The department got exapnded with the introduction of the Post graduate programme in MSc physics under the self financing scheme.
